TERMS OF USE OF ONLINE FUNDING APPLICATION SITE

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of the "Funding Application" pages of the North East Scotland College website www.nescol.ac.uk/CAMS ("our site"), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use this site for completion of the forms to apply for funding from North East Scotland College.

You may only use our site and the online funding application forms by accepting the terms of use below. Your formal acceptance of these terms and subsequent use of our site, indicates that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use our site and a paper based application form can be emailed to you if you can email Student Funding Team at studentfunding@nescol.ac.uk

www.nescol.ac.uk/CAMS is a site operated by North East Scotland College ("We"). We are a body corporate in terms of Section 11 of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992 and have our main office at the Gallowgate, North East Scotland College, Aberdeen, AB25 1BN.

INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU

As part of the application process for funding, you are required to provide personal data, some of which is sensitive personal data. We will process all data provided to us by you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you have any concerns relating to the processing of your personal data, please contact student funding team at 01224 612345 who can assist.

On agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our processing and use of your personal data and sensitive personal data for the purposes of processing funding applications.

You undertake that to the best of your knowledge all information that is provided by you on our site is true and complete.

ACCESSING OUR SITE

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us. When you choose a username and password you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any username or password at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

OUR SITE CHANGES REGULARLY

We may change the content of our site at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
